The Cuban Isopods (Porcellinides Pruinosus) are excellent cleaners and also act as feed animals for smaller reptiles. The animals are particularly rich in calcium. They keep the terrarium clean and help maintain an optimal ground flora. The wooden slit breaks down organic waste and removes residues of waste and dead parts of plants in your terrarium.
What are the benefits compared to other food insects? The insects are basically suitable for all terrariums and all types of landscapes. However, the climate should not be too humid.
