Refund policy

Terrarium that has been delivered according to specification cannot be returned. If you are dissatisfied for some reason, the Terrarie builders will do everything to fix it.Deposit fees are not repaid 24 hours after the order placed. The deposit refers to 50% of the order value. Ordering terrarium cannot be revoked after 72 hours.

The Terrarie builders reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of unforeseen events and return the amount paid within 5 working days.

Lighting is not returned. Contact us in case of any complaints.
