Shipping policy
Terrarium is usually shipped on the EU pallet and left at the gate or site boundary. Light packages are usually sent to the nearest representative.
In the case of standard delivery, information and assembly do not include. For any information and assembly, contact the info@Terrarie builders for price suggestions.
Terrarie builders use several different freight forwarders. Among other things, FedEx, DHL, Postnord, Jetpack.
The goods must be inspected upon delivery. In case of any remarks, Terrariebyggarna AB should be informed by info@terrariebyggarna.se. If the estate arrives damaged we will solve it!

The Terrarie builders reserve the right to charge for deliveries that cannot be implemented on the part of the recipient in accordance with the respective transport companies. This includes incorrect delivery information.
The Terrarie builders reserve the right to charge for packages that have not been collected from agents within the specified time.
Upon return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. In the case of complaints, the terrarie builders are responsible for the shipping cost.
When ordering insects or frozen fresh food, we guarantee the delivery arrives alive or frozen. It is equality the client's responsibility to pick up the package within a reasonable time.

6 § The item is delivered when the buyer, himself or through a carrier that the buyer has hired or through someone else who trades on behalf of the buyer has received the product in his possession.
