It is a bit special to send frozen food without freezing freight. Sending frozen reptile feed with DHL works good 99% of the time and very rarely causes problems that are lucky, so we have chosen to continue delivering with DHL. The minimum order amount for us to send freezer feed is SEK 699 including shipping. We can only offer a freezer guarantee when ordering 3 packages and up. The minimum shipping cost is SEK 199 regardless of order. Since the lining is frozen and cannot be resumed by us, it is good that you know how we deliver. Delivery time and minimum order.
We can send frozen food with DHL. But it assumes that you live so you can get your delivery the day after it goes away from us. Some places only have delivery one day a week and the food is lying at the terminal for too long.
We will contact you if it is not possible to send to you, you can also email and ask if we will send to your place. Don't forget to enter your postcode upon request. We try to have contact with you and inform so it goes as smoothly as possible and we do not risk the food being destroyed.

Important!
When you order food from us it is frozen food, but it is sent with DHL (not freezing). To 99% it works just as it should, but sometimes, especially during big holidays, your boxes can be lying to the day after.
The food can handle at least 24 hours but usually 48 hours without problems as long as it is not a very hot summer.
It is on our responsibility that the food arrives at you. But unfortunately we cannot influence the shipping companies, which means that you also have a responsibility to contact DHL and possibly. Also to pick up the food at the terminal it will be delivered from you if it has not been delivered until 13.00 the day after we sent.
Frozen food to Service Point
The standard option for freezer feed is made to Service Point. (Do you want it as a home delivery notify us it via email)
Sometimes the smaller service places are full, then DHL leaves on nearby Service Point. It's beyond our control, You must be prepared to pick up where it is left. If DHL delivered to another Service Point, a refund does not take place.
Track your consignment
You always get broadcasting numbers from us so you can track your broadcast and see where it is if you ordered home delivery.

In home delivery, the food must be received by you. DHL does not set off the boxes.
We always send Mondays or Tuesdays, which means you need to receive the food on Tuesday or Wednesday after we have not agreed on another day. If we get food in return, it means it must be thrown away. If you have not been in place when DHL comes (applies to home delivery) or collected your order from Service Point, no refund is made. You will also be invoiced the return shipping if DHL notifies us boom driving. However, you can always contact DHL and pick up the food from the terminal if DHL could not deliver due to absence.
Note! Freezer feed is sent between Mon-on the week after placed order. As a rule, it comes the day after we sent, ie Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, but if it will not be exhausted then we will not receive a note that it is not delivered. So you need to track your shipment yourself and see if you want to pick it up from the terminal instead.
Home delivery in the evening
Private individuals can book home delivery in the evening. The service is more expensive than delivery daytime but the opportunity exists. Contact us with your address if you want to know what it costs to send home in the evening. The service is not available in all places.
Refund
In the case of delivery problems (where there was no boom run) and the food has become unusable, you will receive a refund from us. We do not send out food again when deliveries are uncertain and unfortunately we will not deliver to your address as it means great losses.
Delivery to another address
We can also send to another address, such as companies, unless delivery home to you is possible. Then enter another delivery address when ordering.
