Arcadia D3+ Dragon T5 14% UVB Fluorescent 54 W - 117 cm is Arcadia's most powerful "high output" T5 fluorescent lamp. The fluorescent lamp is manufactured in Germany by experts not only to provide large amounts of UVB radiation but also to provide this energy without limiting color temperature, color reproduction and the amount of visible light.
Arcadia reptile 14% UVB 'Dragonlamp' is a very light full -spectrum lighting for reptiles with a great need for UVB. The lamp represents an almost doubling of light (Lux, compared to Arcadia 12% "Desert" UVB T5 fluorescent lamps) and has a Color rendering index of over 95, which means that the colors of the animal are best reproduced.
Fluorescent lamps with UVB allow you to create a large sunshine and wide background radiation. Remember that fluorescent lamps do not produce so much heat. In most cases, you have to supplement fluorescent lighting with one or more heat lamps. The relatively high level of UVB light is balanced with 30% UVA light which makes this length suitable for terrarium of 120 cm or more.
