Habistat Bearded Dragon Bedding is a mixture of soil, sand and barley, designed especially for bearded. The mixture consists of soil types found in the beard's natural environment and is therefore better suited than the available standard substrates. The mixture keeps moisture excellent when spraying water, which creates wet areas found in the beard's natural environment. Bearded gamers seek out these humid areas when they lose or require more humidity so it encourages in turn for excavation.
Our range of habistat substrates is now packed in 100% recyclable and biodegradable paper bags. Available in bags of 10 kg.
Operating instructions: Spread the substrate evenly over the vivarium base and look at a depth of 2-3 "(5-7.5 cm). Do not fill too much if you use heating mats. Clean as needed and replace regularly.
