Terms of purchase and guarantees

 

Guarantee 
Pro Terrarium can withstand humid climate and is moisture -barred internally with silicone in all joints and open spaces. However, they are sensitive to moisture outside. One should therefore be careful and avoid water falling on the outside of the terrarium, especially along the front moldings. Water or water splashes that fall outside the terrarium and which are not wiped will result in moisture damage. 

We cover any production errors or transport damage. 

Price policy

The prices stated to us are always including VAT.

The price specified for an item when an order is approved by the customer is not affected by any future price changes. However, we reserve ourselves for any printing and writing errors. If errors in price, delivery time or other circumstances were to arise, Terrariebyggarna Stockholm AB reserves the right to change this afterwards. On these occasions we will inform you and you then have the right to change or cancel your order (terrarium are exempt from cancellation)

Payment

We usually use Klarna as a partner for payments. Klarna's terms apply to all payments that go through Klarna.

Part payment

We also offer part payment via Klarna. 

Return policy

In returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. In the case of complaints, the terrarie builders are responsible for the shipping cost. 

Products such as glass terrariums, lamps, luminaires and ballasts cannot be returned/replaced. 

Delivery information

Stock goods:

Normally, your order will be sent within 2-5 working days after we receive your order and we usually use DHL. This applies to goods that are in stock for immediate delivery.

Terrarium

When ordering terrarium, estimated delivery time is in the information to the respective product page. Delivery times are estimated and any delays may arise due to external factors. NOTE: Ordered terrariums cannot be canced due to delays. 

Transport responsibility:

Transport responsibility means that we are responsible for the shipment coming to you from us. At a return, you are responsible for the goods and the shipment from you to us.
