Zqare Premium Isopod Soil - 4 liters is a 100% natural soil mixture adapted for breeding/posture of gray sucks. 

• Natural mix with added calcium
• Holds moisture for a long time
• Contains nothing Fertilizers
• 3 liters = approx. 1.5 kg

You can if you want to mix the substrate, but you do not need to, with eg. Sphagnum moss.
