Exo Terra Daytime Heat Lamp 100W is a heating lamp with a wide light spectrum. It is primarily intended to emit heat and raise the temperature in your terrarium, but it also produces some visible light. The light spectrum is adapted for the photosynthesis of plants and UV-A contributes to the well-being of the reptile and stimulates mating behavior.
For some species of night -active reptiles, spiders and amphibians that do not require bright light, this type of heat lamp is sufficient. It is also suitable for some snakes that do not need UV-B. The glass cup itself contains neodymium that changes the visible light and gives plants, animals and the interior of the terrarium a more natural appearance.
